Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Contract Manager to play a key role in streamlining and supporting our contracting processes across the business.

In Short

• Drive efficiency in the end-to-end contract workflow.
• Own and optimise tools and processes like Legal Tracker and DocuSign.
• Act as the first point of contact for all contract-related queries.
• Partner with Sales and Legal for due diligence and compliance.
• Coordinate contract prioritisation through stakeholder reviews.
• Manage documentation including templates and version control.
• Support training and communication on contracting policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for contract accuracy.
• Enable digital efficiencies in DocuSign.
• Support Data Protection compliance during contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Strong background in contract operations or legal coordination.
• Skilled in managing complex workflows and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator across all business levels.
• Familiarity with data protection agreements is a plus.
