Contract Manager - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Product & Commercial Legal Services Team, this team member will provide high-quality commercial contract support to Sandisk’s Procurement Organization, including negotiation and administration of commercial agreements and collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners.

In Short

• Independently draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a variety of commercial contracts.
• Support and collaborate with internal stakeholders to advise on transaction risks.
• Work closely with commercial contracts attorneys.
• Manage and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Work on special projects as needed.
• 5+ years of relevant transactional experience required.
• Strong understanding of commercial and legal contract terms.
• Experience in technology companies preferred.
• Self-starter with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant transactional experience in an in-house legal department.
• Significant experience managing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of commercial and legal contract terms.
• Experience in the technology industry preferred.
• JD preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience with contract management lifecycle solutions.
