Overview

We are seeking a skilled and highly reliable Executive Assistant to support the Chief Procurement & Logistics Officer (CPLO). This role is essential to ensuring clarity, prioritization, and operational flow across a complex global organization undergoing strategic transformation.

In Short

  • Manage and prioritize a dynamic, global calendar for the CPLO.
  • Coordinate with various leadership teams for aligned meeting windows.
  • Prepare agendas, readouts, and briefing materials for meetings.
  • Act as a proxy for routine communications and approvals.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel.
  • Prepare expense reports and partner with Finance on workflows.
  • Support the CPLO on cross-functional projects.
  • Serve as a central coordination point across the administrative community.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle executive-level communications.
  • Collaborate closely with other leaders and administrative professionals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting senior executives in a public company.
  • Experience managing complex global calendars and travel.
  • Strong judgment and ability to manage confidential information.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive workstyle.
  • Professional presence and ability to represent effectively.
  • Flexibility to support meetings across global time zones.
