Senior Business Analyst, People Digital Experience - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst within the People Experience (HR) function, you will be at the center of enabling a future-forward people technology portfolio, leveraging automation and AI to enhance core processes and employee experiences.

In Short

• Lead discovery and current-state analysis to identify value opportunities.
• Drive digital and AI transformation initiatives.
• Design and prototype streamlined HR workflows and service experiences.
• Build trusted relationships and present analysis to secure buy-in.
• Elicit and validate business needs through interviews and workshops.
• Translate HR requirements into technical acceptance criteria.
• Own User Acceptance Testing and coordinate HR end-users.
• Define HR data elements and coordinate data governance.
• Provide tier-3 troubleshooting support in partnership with IT.
• Adjust working hours to accommodate the APAC time zone.

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience as a business analyst focused on HR systems.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Led major HR system projects including requirements and vendor management.
• Advanced expertise in HRIS platforms.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
