Senior Business Analyst (Adobe Experience Manager) - Remote

Overview

The purpose of this role is to enable and support project delivery through the capture and analysis of user and business needs, ensuring project outcomes are aligned with the service vision and business strategy.

• Lead the gathering and documentation of complex business requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Promote communication between clients, stakeholders, and the development team.
• Provide expertise on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) best practices.
• Collaborate with Agile teams for sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain quality control over documentation and project deliverables.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with Agile development environments.
• Expertise in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront and Creative Cloud.
• Ability to explain requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading large-scale AEM implementations.
• Facilitating requirements-gathering workshops.
