Overview

The purpose of this role is to deliver analysis inline with client business objectives, goals, and to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets. We are hiring a Lead Analyst, Analytics to drive actionable insights, shape marketing decisions, and elevate our data-driven culture.

In Short

  • Drive actionable insights and shape marketing decisions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define campaign measurement plans.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on channel performance and user behavior.
  • Build audiences using customer and product level data.
  • Analyze campaign results from A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Build and maintain self-serve dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Communicate complex findings via visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with engineers to validate data pipelines.
  • Support implementation of best practices in analytics methodology.
  • Contribute to a growing data culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in data, product, or business analytics roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience in customer behavioral and retention analysis.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Experience defining metrics and synthesizing data.
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and A/B testing.
  • Exposure to building analytical data sets.
