Overview

The Democratic National Committee’s Tech Team is seeking an Analytics Lead to head up our team of data analysts and lead the development of analytics data products and actionable strategic insights.

• Lead a team of data analysts to develop analytics products.

Requirements

• Experience managing analytics or data teams.
• Expert SQL skills and experience with big data sets.
• Strong data visualization skills with tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Experience designing and running A/B tests.
• Strong communication skills for technical concepts.
• Impact-oriented mindset with a focus on strategic decisions.
• Experience in modern cloud data environments.
• Understanding of ETL pipelines and data transformation tools.
• Experience in non-profit fundraising or political data.
• Ability to code in Python, R, or other programming languages.
