Lead Analyst, Analytics - Remote

Overview

The Lead Analyst, Analytics position involves collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to develop data science solutions and insights that drive business decisions.

In Short

• Collaborate with various teams to determine requirements for data science projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders to identify necessary data sources.
• Extract, clean, and synthesize data using traditional warehouses and BigQuery.
• Perform exploratory data analyses (EDAs) to understand variable relationships.
• Build reports and dashboards with Tableau to address business questions.
• Present insights and recommendations to Analytics leadership.
• Design and develop scalable data science solutions.
• Assist in documentation for use cases and methodologies.
• Manage multiple solution development pipelines.
• Possess a good understanding of NLP and sentiment analysis models.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Data Science.
• Experience in Retail, CPG, and marketing is a plus.
• Extensive experience with SQL and Tableau.
• Understanding of Analytics and Data Science fundamentals.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with applied statistics and quantitative modeling techniques.
• Deep curiosity about problem domains.
• Ability to work with urgency and agility.
• Empathetic approach to understanding and developing use cases.
