Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of Direct Marketing analytical experience.
• High proficiency in SQL and database analysis.
• Proficient in A/B Testing and statistical analysis.
• Strong presentation skills using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to derive insights from large datasets.
• Capability to develop data-driven marketing strategies.
• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
