Senior Manager, Business Analysis - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager of Business Analysis will oversee a team of Business Analysts, ensuring the successful delivery of data-driven projects across Kaseya. Reporting to the Director of Analytics or VP of Product, you will strategize on high-level initiatives, mentor analysts, and drive alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.

• Risk and Issue Management: Anticipate potential obstacles, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Performance Reporting: Establish KPIs for BA activities, track performance, and communicate results to senior leadership.
• Drive Culture of Collaboration: Foster a strong partnership between the Business Analysis function, Data Team, and other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, with 2+ years of team leadership/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, reporting platforms, and data governance principles.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, requirement-gathering tools, and project management software.
• Experience with budget and resource planning is a plus.
