In Short

  • Expand and manage the network of reseller partners across the TOLA region.
  • Field-based role requiring approximately 75% travel.
  • Develop and execute a national partner strategy aligned with go-to-market objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new VARs, MSPs, and strategic channel partners.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partners.
  • Drive a strong pipeline of partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Lead partner enablement programs including training and joint marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support.
  • Track partner performance and manage deal registrations.
  • Monitor KPIs and leverage data-driven insights to optimize partner productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven success in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
  • Understanding of the VAR/MSP/channel distribution ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive partner revenue and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with partner portals and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • High level of autonomy in a remote, travel-heavy role.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and attend onsite meetings.
