Overview

The National Partner Manager at RapidScale will design and lead a nationwide go-to-market strategy through indirect sales channels, focusing on technology distributors and partner relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.

  • Enhance existing sales partner playbook and best practices.
  • Communicate RapidScale’s value proposition to partners.
  • Track partner success metrics and activate underperforming partners.
  • Identify new channel opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to elevate brand recognition.
  • Supervise Partner Experience Specialists for new partner acquisition.
  • Represent RapidScale at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of indirect channel sales experience with a BA/BS or 10 years without a degree.
  • 2+ years of sales management experience.
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with C-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven sales success and methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making and priority-setting skills.
  • Ability to create new revenue opportunities.
  • Expected travel of 30-40%.
