Overview

The Customer Care Specialist II role focuses on providing excellent customer service through various communication channels while working remotely from specified locations.

In Short

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • 2 years experience in customer service and/or contact center.
  • Preferred experience in automotive industry or logistics.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Servant team member with strong relationship-building skills.
