Overview

The Knowledge Management Analyst II at Cox Automotive is responsible for the creation, analysis, and maintenance of documentation in the company’s knowledge base, ensuring clarity and usability for both internal and external users.

• Create and organize documentation in the knowledge base system.
• Engage with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and usefulness of information.
• Draft and edit procedure manuals and training materials.
• Analyze existing documentation for clarity and correctness.

• Provide input on Knowledge Management tool enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in technical writing or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office, SnagIt, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Experience with HTML-based authoring preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to learn complex features and document them effectively.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
