Knowledge Management Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Knowledge Management (KM) team facilitates knowledge sharing and collaboration to ensure the latest intellectual capital related to our offerings and priority industries are available on the global KM repository. The Analyst will support areas of knowledge harvesting, content sanitization and publishing, development, and maintenance of intranet pages on the SharePoint Online platform for dss+ strategic priority Practices and Industries.

In Short

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure availability of sales collateral and other core intellectual assets.
• Develop SharePoint intranet pages and ensure content freshness and relevance.
• Sanitize and publish priority content aligned with business priorities.
• Develop metrics to demonstrate content usage and relevance.
• Support consultants in finding information about past project experiences.
• Setup SharePoint workspaces for collaboration within project teams.
• Promote knowledge management adoption among professionals.
• Experience with building and maintaining intranet sites using SharePoint Online is advantageous.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in content curation and publishing.
• Effective planning and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated and focused on efficiency and quality.
• Ability to collaborate remotely and build strong relationships.
• Inquisitive nature to understand and solve business problems.
• Experience with taxonomy implementation and user search experience improvement.
• Experience with custom SharePoint webparts and pages.
