Associate – Central Finance - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial processes to support our Central Finance function. The role focuses on financial governance, reporting accuracy, process harmonisation, and cross-entity financial control, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365) used as the core enabling platform.

In Short

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy of journals, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and intercompany activities.
• Review balance sheet schedules and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Strengthen financial governance by identifying gaps and improving control frameworks.
• Produce and support reporting via D365 Financial Reporting and Power BI.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Controlling for budgeting and variance analysis.
• Drive harmonisation of finance processes across regions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment with reporting and audit requirements.
• Support automation and simplification using Power Platform and D365 capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–8+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or Shared Services.
• Understanding of GL, month-end close, intercompany, fixed assets, AP/AR, and reconciliations.
• Ability to interpret financial data for accuracy and compliance.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or willingness to learn.
• Experience in multi-entity or multinational environments is a plus.
• Understanding of internal controls, SOX, and audit practices is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Power BI or financial reporting tools.
• Experience in process improvement or finance transformation is advantageous.
• Professional qualifications such as CA or MBA will be considered an added advantage.
