Overview

The Finance Associate will support firsthand's finance and accounting activities, focusing on investment strategies, budgeting, financial analysis, and stakeholder communications in a fully remote role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Statistics.
• CFA and/or CPA preferred.
• 3+ years in financial services or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling skills using Microsoft and Google products.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various levels.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
• Experience with financial systems and business intelligence tools.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
