  • Develop and maintain training materials.
  • Bring clinical concepts to life for non-clinicians.
  • Serve as Learning Management Administrator.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for training implementation.
  • Measure and monitor training effectiveness.
  • Travel to different communities up to 60% of the time.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Experience with online webinar and course creation tools.
  • A passion for inclusive training programs.
  • Resourceful and action-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience with change management.
  • 3-4 years as a practicing clinician.
  • 3-4 years as a trainer or educator.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records training.
