As a Client Training Specialist, you will work with professors to help them adopt a technology that transforms their lectures into modern classrooms, ensuring they are fully prepared for their classes.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of client-focused work experience.
• Experience in meeting/exceeding metrics or sales targets preferred.
• Passion for learning design with a background in teaching or training.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple training sessions.
• Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Attention to detail with a focus on providing valuable customer interactions.
• Familiarity with technology and competency with computers.
