Requirements

• 2-4 years managing data scientists or ML engineers; 6-8 years in data science.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with personalization and predictive analytics.
• Ability to translate problems into measurable objectives.
• Strong grasp of causal inference and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for education technology.
