Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data science or related fields.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Track record of building high-performing data science teams.
• Strong background in product-focused data science and applied ML/AI.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with behavioral data or AI evaluation is a plus.
