Overview

This role is a high-impact, specialist position responsible for owning, architecting, and maintaining all commercial and revenue financial models for Prolific, focusing on their Research and AI business units.

In Short

• Own and maintain financial models for revenue and pricing.
• Translate complex commercial strategies into clear financial outcomes.
• Establish monitoring and reporting mechanisms for revenue segments.
• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Provide financial and commercial due diligence support.
• Work closely with Business Unit leaders and Investors.
• Develop insights for C-Suite and Board on business performance.
• Optimize sales compensation plans and sales efficiency metrics.
• Collaborate with RevOps and BI teams for data integrity.
• Drive strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ PQE years of experience in a Big 4 or leading Consultancy.
• ACA or CIMA qualified with strong academics.
• Advanced financial modeling experience.
• Experience in translating commercial strategy into financial models.
• Proficient in SQL and BI tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Detail-oriented thinker comfortable in a high-growth environment.
