Allica Bank is seeking a strategic and hands-on Commercial Leader to lead their Invoice Finance product, focusing on developing a go-to-market strategy and scaling a high-performing commercial team.

Requirements

• Experience in Invoice Finance Lending.
• Head Of/Director/Lead experience in SME commercial sales.
• Strong network in the broker and introducer market.
• Proven track record of hitting revenue targets.
• Understanding of risk frameworks and credit risk.
• Strong people management and mentoring skills.
• Highly organized with project management skills.
• Enthusiastic about fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work in London 1-2 days per week.
