Overview

As a Business Development Manager in our Invoice Finance team, your primary responsibility will be to originate new business working across all of our acquisition channels.

In Short

  • Building and relationship managing a portfolio of Invoice Finance Introducers.
  • Own the customer service provided to ensure excellent service.
  • Develop and execute the commercial business plan.
  • Support customers through the end-to-end process from lead qualification to onboarding.
  • Deeply understand customers’ needs and identify opportunities.
  • Deliver the Kriya Invoice Finance business plan.
  • Work closely with the sales, credit, and payment operations teams.
  • Be a positive contributor to company culture.
  • Comply with all mandatory policies and operational procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

Requirements

  • Proven career progression in business development within the Invoice Finance market.
  • Track record of building high-value, trust-based relationships.
  • Strong understanding of SME lending.
  • History of exemplary service and maximizing value.
  • Passion for SMEs and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to structure new lending proposals.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Proven track record in generating new income opportunities.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and process improvement.
