Business Development Manager – France - Remote

Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for growing sales in France for Industrial Scientific, focusing on connected gas detection solutions.

In Short

• Achieve Company sales targets for the Territory
• Report all activity using the Company CRM system
• Analyse client’s business needs and propose solutions
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
• Provide monthly forecasts aligned with sales goals
• Develop and execute a sales action plan for France
• Assist with proposals and responses to RFPs
• Work with account executives to close large sales
• Ensure product evaluations convert to sales
• Represent the Company at events and exhibitions

Requirements

• 5+ years in outside sales/business development
• Experience in gas detection and safety industry
• Proven track record in managing sales cycles
• Use of CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Ability to solve customer issues with innovative solutions
• Experience selling safety and industrial solutions
• Proven success selling at C-Suite level
• Experience managing a distribution network
