Overview

The Regional Lead for Growth Finance at Allica Bank is responsible for generating opportunities in Growth Finance, managing portfolio risks, and maintaining relationships with professional introducers.

Requirements

• Understanding of working capital financing in the SME sector.
• Established network in the Debt Advisory/Corporate Finance community.
• Able to interpret financial information and assess funding requirements.
• Experience with collateral classes and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of operational aspects of business finance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
