Overview

The Commercial Finance Operations Lead will lead and support large scale commercial transformation efforts across the Audience Measurement business, managing critical programs and processes within the Global Deal Desk and Commercial Finance organization.

• Manage the program portfolio for Global Deal Desk and Commercial Finance.
• Develop and maintain core assets including enablement HUBs and deal approval tooling.
• Lead change management for large-scale initiatives.
• Drive process architecture in alignment with policies.
• Ensure effective organizational planning and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders for conflict resolution.
• Implement training modules and enablement content.
• Deliver high-quality work under aggressive deadlines.

Requirements

• 12+ years in program management and business transformation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of sales processes and business operations.
• Excellent execution and planning abilities.
• Experience in drafting enablement plans and running training sessions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and contract management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Willingness to travel.
• Preferred knowledge of pricing strategies and revenue optimization.
