We’re hiring a Finance Operations Lead for Pearl, which places top 1% talent from around the world into operational roles at startups. This is a completely WFH opportunity, where you’ll come in and help us lead and set the direction of our fast-growing client success team.

• Work Arrangement: Remote (LATAM and PH based)
• Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor
• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Core Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST
• Focus on financial recordkeeping and reporting
• Optimize finance processes and ensure compliance
• Work closely with operations and leadership teams

Requirements

• Experience in finance operations
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage financial records
• Experience with invoicing and reporting
• Knowledge of compliance and tax requirements
• Skills in optimizing finance processes
• Ability to work in a remote environment
• Willingness to overlap working hours with ET
• Experience in startup environments is a plus
• Strong communication skills
