1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. In Short

• Lead and grow a team of data scientists supporting multiple product areas across the patient journey.
• Deliver high-quality product analytics to diagnose funnel performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Partner with Growth and Product to optimize acquisition strategies and evaluate lead quality.
• Drive experimentation rigor and mentor PMs and marketers in experimentation literacy.
• Develop BI and self-serve analytics capabilities that empower teams to make informed decisions.
• Scope and guide applied data science initiatives to improve patient outcomes and business impact.
• Translate complex insights into clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Influence senior leadership strategy by representing the data perspective across the patient lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or growth analytics roles, with at least 2+ years in people management.
• Proven track record leading teams in BI, product analytics, and applied data science.
• Strong background in experimentation; able to set strategy and coach others.
• Hands-on technical fluency in SQL and Python/R.
• Experience partnering across marketing and product teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: experience in predictive modeling for growth/retention.
