Overview

HHAeXchange is seeking an innovative Training Specialist dedicated to improving the learning experience for our payer and provider community by designing and delivering high-impact training programs.

In Short

• Lead live, virtual, and in-person training sessions.
• Maintain an understanding of HHAeXchange's products and homecare operations.
• Serve as lead presenter on weekly training webinars.
• Communicate with training attendees via various channels.
• Update training materials based on product functionality.
• Manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate to identify customer training needs.
• Measure and report on training effectiveness.
• Travel 10-25% including overnight travel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in training delivery.
• Understanding of training industry concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Homecare industry experience preferred.
• Ability to simplify complex topics.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter with ownership of training projects.
• Flexible and team-oriented in a growing environment.
• Strong empathy for customers.
