Senior Product Manager, Payer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for maximizing the success of their products by analysis, planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing market/product requirements and collaborating with various teams.

In Short

• Lead the development of complex product features and initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management in the health IT vendor space.
• 3+ years of experience in home health and/or home care solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and pricing.
• Proficiency in customer journey mapping and VoC analysis.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to leverage data analytics for decisions.
• Expert-level communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of Agile Product Management principles.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar.
