Zingtree is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive growth and innovation across its AI-powered Automation platform, focusing on enhancing customer support experiences.

• Drive the growth and innovation of Zingtree's AI-powered Automation platform.
• Design and launch new AI-powered features to improve customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering to build governed workflows enhanced by AI.
• Own product strategy for AI Actions and GenAI-powered workflows.

• Define and monitor metrics to evaluate feature performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in Enterprise SaaS.
• Strong grasp of AI technologies like LLMs and Agentic AI.
• Experience building zero-to-launch products for Enterprise customers.
• Ability to drive adoption of new products in enterprise organizations.
• Strong user empathy and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Curious and energized by solving high-impact customer problems.
