In Short

• Design, demo and build tailored AI-driven and conversational workflows.
• Collaborate with client IT teams for system integration.
• Lead onboarding sessions to gather business requirements.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients.
• Participate in training sessions for customers.
• Ensure successful go-live execution and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate multiple SaaS implementation projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years in solutions architect or technical project implementation roles.
• 4+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably in customer support.
• Hands-on experience with automation technologies and integration architectures.
• Strong front-end skills (JavaScript, CSS, JSON).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience.
