Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical or customer-facing role.
• Experience with API-based SaaS products and modern cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale projects.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
• A data-driven approach to troubleshooting.
