Senior Manager, Payroll Operations - EMEA & LATAM - Remote

Overview

LinkedIn is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Manager of EMEA & LATAM to lead payroll operations across multiple countries and enhance efficiency and compliance.

In Short

• Manage payroll delivery across 11 countries for approximately 3,000 employees.
• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for payroll operations.
• Drive global standardization and process optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulatory requirements in the EMEA & LATAM regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Lead a team of payroll specialists and manage outsourced payroll vendors.
• Compile and maintain operational payroll metrics and dashboards.
• Participate in special projects and manage business continuity planning.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in multinational payroll and equity compensation is a plus.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience with EMEA & LATAM focus.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Expertise in multi-country payroll operations and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with payroll systems like Workday HCM and ADP GlobalView.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams.
• Knowledge of international compliance and public company environments.
• Secondary European language is a plus.
• Experience in remote work environments is a plus.
