In Short

• Lead, manage and scale the Payroll Operations team.
• Own the complete payroll function, ensuring payroll is processed on time and accurately.
• Act as a partner, enabler, and coach to people leaders throughout the organization.
• Drive organisational change within payroll and leverage data to evolve programs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate and country-specific regulations.
