Overview

As a Senior Solutions Architect at Elastic, you will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to our sales team, customers, partners and community, focusing on understanding and solving customer business issues with the Elastic Stack.

In Short

• Serve as the technical point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how offerings address their needs.

Requirements

• Track record of success in a technical presales role.
• Strong background in security, ideally focusing on SIEM.
• Ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms and software.
• Passion for continuous learning and self-investment.
• History of successful customer relations and problem-solving.
• Ability to influence and inspire groups.
• Willingness to travel 15% within the region and occasionally internationally.
