Senior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will join our actively growing EVA team, responsible for developing and optimizing self-evaluation flows for car sellers across our web and mobile applications. This is a pivotal role where you'll drive product strategy and execution for flows that enable thousands of merchants to sell their vehicles through our platform.

In Short

• Own long-term strategy and execution of EVA self-evaluation flows across web and mobile
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
• Translate customer/business needs into clear specs and lead end-to-end product development from ideation through post-launch optimization
• Lead cross-functional teams and align technical groups with business stakeholders across markets
• Use analytics to drive decisions and continuous improvement
• Engage customers and internal users to validate concepts and identify opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of working experience as a Product Manager in an Agile software development environment
• Excellent product development skills and ability to lead an iterative software development team
• Ability to understand technical challenges and communicate with development teams
• Use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop hypotheses
• Excellent communicator with a strategic mindset
• Background in automotive industry or marketplaces is a plus
