• Learn about Platform Engineering and Developer Experience and leverage that knowledge to build great product.
• Routinely interact with customers to identify their needs through interviews/feedback, data analysis, research, and attending sales / CS calls.
• Manage multiple parallel projects alongside design and engineering.
• Make tradeoffs between scope and user experience.
• Work with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to launch new features.

Requirements

• Background in platform engineering or software development.
