Overview

We are looking for a Team Lead Performance Marketing (f/m/x) to join our B2C brand Autohero. In this role, you will take full ownership of our digital performance marketing activities, including paid search, display, and social channels. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape our most critical customer acquisition strategies and drive the profitable growth of Autohero across Europe. You will leverage your deep operational expertise and business acumen to develop and execute scalable strategies that deliver measurable results and efficiently grow our customer base.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns.
• Proven ability to design data-driven strategies.
• Demonstrated strengths in analytics and translating data into insights.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European language proficiency is a plus.
