Overview

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Team Lead Performance Marketing (all genders) to start as soon as possible. We live remote-first, but you can choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site due to your proximity to one of our locations.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in performance marketing, with leadership experience.
• Ability to motivate and align teams toward common goals.
• Experience in managing SEA and SEO strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or ahrefs.
• Very good English skills; German is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data-driven decision making.
• Experience in subscription models, e-commerce, or cloud environments is a plus.
