Mechanism is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to lead the paid customer acquisition efforts across multiple high-growth startups in our portfolio. This role involves strategic direction, operations, and reporting of all paid media accounts while managing a team of Paid Media Managers and Creative Strategists.

• Experience with return on ad spend (ROAS) as a KPI.
• Exposure to growth marketing areas beyond paid media.
