The Retention Marketing Lead will drive all lifecycle and retention marketing efforts, developing and executing initiatives that cater to different stages of the customer journey.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle/retention marketing.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Experience launching A/B tests and analyzing results.
• Proven track record in developing retention campaigns.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and segmentation.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis.
• Bonus: Familiarity with HTML & CSS for email marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
