Mechanism is seeking a Growth Consultant with paid media agency experience to consult on the paid customer acquisition efforts across multiple high-growth startups in our portfolio.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in paid media agency.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with Google and Meta Ads.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in growth marketing beyond paid media.
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments.
• Passion for entrepreneurship and growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of ROAS as a KPI.
