Requirements

• 4+ years of influencer-facing experience in influencer marketing or related fields.
• Demonstrated influencer growth experience.
• Excellent understanding of the social media landscape and trends in the UK.
• Great understanding of Analytics and Data.
• Proactive communication and can-do attitude.
• Proficiency with general office software.
• A mindset focused on seizing opportunities.
• Dedication to operational excellence.
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment.
• A growth mindset and openness to feedback.
