Overview

The Network Growth Consultant is responsible for assisting in the growth of Healthy Alliance’s network to fill service gaps and generate quality referrals, which includes but is not limited to social care providers, local government, behavioral health providers, education systems, and clinical organizations.

In Short

  • Lead engagement with prospective strategic network providers from initial contact to executed contract.
  • Manage the full network growth cycle process with the assistance of the Network Development team.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for newly contracted providers to the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and contracted network providers.
  • Conduct software demonstrations to potential providers.
  • Represent Healthy Alliance at community forums and speaking engagements.
  • Travel up to 25% to designated regions for in-person events.
  • Influence network growth best practices enterprise-wide.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Healthy Alliance services and operations.
  • Develop effective collaboration approaches with organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields, such as sales, marketing, or provider relations.
  • Minimum of 5+ years related experience in a clinical, non-profit, or managed-care organization.
  • Extensive knowledge of health equity and social determinants of health.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build constructive working relationships.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
  • Proficient computer skills and willingness to learn additional software applications.
  • Previous experience recruiting providers or closing contracts preferred.
  • Physical abilities: sedentary work with typical office equipment.
