Senior Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for establishing and maintaining data analysis strategy and processes that support the organization's mission, strategic initiatives, and contractual obligations. This position is part of our Transformation Team and collaborates closely with business and technical teams, driving data-driven decisions and insights to improve the health of communities facing barriers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Experience in health care or social care services.
• Familiarity with clinical quality reporting and data standards.
• Experience developing advanced SQL queries.
• Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to perform quality control activities.
