• Analyze large, complex datasets to answer key business questions and identify actionable trends & insights
• Build robust SQL queries, data pipelines, and ad hoc analyses
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope projects and translate findings into recommendations
• Develop predictive models and statistical analyses
• Apply advanced analytics techniques for workforce planning and marketing optimization
• Build and maintain dashboards and data tools
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance
• Document work and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics
• Strong SQL and working knowledge of Python or R

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proven track record of strong customer focus and adaptability
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for providing high customer service
• Technical proficiency with data accuracy
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in a related field
• Experience in building dashboards in Tableau or other BI tools
• Experience analyzing and integrating multiple data sources
• Google Ads knowledge is a plus
