Senior Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a data-driven specialist to lead our experimentation framework. In this role, you won't just run tests; you will design the roadmap that defines our product’s growth. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure every change we make is backed by statistical rigor and meaningful insights.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of A/B and multivariate tests.
• Ensure experimentation best practices are maintained to avoid bias.
• Manage and optimize our experimentation platform.
• Translate complex data sets into actionable narratives for stakeholders.
• 4+ years in data science, growth engineering, or product analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/R.
• Deep understanding of frequentist and Bayesian statistics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts effectively.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and Python/R.
