Senior Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be the key liaison between our managing directors and the data reporting infrastructure. This role requires a blend of strong analytical skills, technical proficiency in BI tools and SQL, and excellent interpersonal skills to translate business needs into actionable data reports and interactive dashboards.

• Proactively collaborate with managing directors and stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Translate complex business questions into technical requirements.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Dundas BI.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to validate data integrity.
• Provide ongoing support for existing reports and dashboards.
• Develop technical documentation related to data sources.
• Conduct user training sessions for self-service data consumption.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in BI tools and dashboard development.
• Exceptional SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Experience with other BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
